For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Cash gratuities are at your discretion and are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. Guests cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 10 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will ask you to reschedule with a 50% deposit for your next services.

No Show Policy

Please understand that when you forget your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they’ve been waiting for. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked in advance. However, if we were unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. Since the service is reserved for you personally, in order to book another appointment, we ask that you provide us with 50% deposit for your next scheduled appointment. Three or more missed appointments will result in a 100% non-refundable deposit for your scheduled appointment.


We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary adjustments within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.


Aveda products purchased at our salon may be exchanged if accompanied by original receipt within 15 days of purchase. Aveda makeup and Personal Blends are not returnable.

Lengthy + Multiple Services

Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, group bookings for 3 people with services totaling $200.00 or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Imagine Salon and Day Spa client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above.

For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 50% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.


Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services. Any children under the age of 15 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.


It is against health standards to have pets in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be comfortable around animals.
If you bring your pet to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
*Service animals are an exception.

Cellular Phones and Other Electronic Devices

When entering the salon please limit your use of electronic devices and place on silent. We ask you also to refrain from speaking on your cell phone while in the salon.
